2010 Social Media Forum

Social media present both the greatest opportunities and toughest challenges for marketers today. The Social Media Forum, hosted by the marketing faculty of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, brings together social media marketing thought leaders to share a wealth of knowledge and experience pertaining to the use of social media in measuring customer sentiment, engaging customers and building brands. The forum will focus on pioneering research and innovative practices that enable marketers to better leverage the opportunities in this new environment.
