relationship management (CRM), and customer loyalty. |

Washington. He is well known for his research in the areas
of competition, competitive advantage and strategic
decision-making. |

Russell Wermers, associate professor of finance,
received his PhD from the University of California, Los
Angeles. His current research interests include the
efficiency of security markets as well as the role of
institutional investors in setting security prices. His past
research has created new methods of measuring and
attributing the performance of pension fund, hedge fund and
mutual fund managers as well as devising winning strategies
for investing in these funds. |
