SmithApps (Citrix) - Applications available

Applications are installed to support the Academic mission of the college.  Applications are requested by faculty twice a year in preparation for Fall and Spring semesters.  Faculty must use this form to submit their requests.

The Portal software image is very complex and takes a long time to create and test; consequently, it is usually only updated in preparation for a new semester.  Request deadlines:

  • January 6 for Spring semester updates
  • May 10 for Fall semester updates

Exceptions can sometimes be made outside of these dates, and will be considered anytime this form is submitted, however, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of requests made after the deadline.
