Latin MBA Student Association

20th Annual William D. Bradford Minority Awards Banquet

The Black and Latin MBA Associations bring together students from the Robert H. Smith School of Business to promote and foster diversity initiatives in their path toward Corporate America. Our activities include workshops to aid students in the job search process, preparation for the National MBA Conferences, "Diversity Roundtable" forums to create dialogue around diversity issues, and coordinating social responsibility events such as a "World AIDS Day" campaign to create awareness about HIV/AIDS in the Smith community and raise money for charities such as Keep a Child Alive- an organization dedicated to providing treatment, care and support services to children and their families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.
