The 7th Annual Social Enterprise Symposium
Friday, February 27th, 2015, 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Stamp Student Union, University of Maryland
The Social Enterprise Symposium is one of the largest annual events on the University of Maryland campus. Created and hosted by the Center for Social Value Creation at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, the 2015 Symposium will explore social, environmental, and economic change from a variety of lenses. Allies from schools and departments across campus will lead sessions and workshops in this one-of-a-kind event focused on interactive learning, entrepreneurial thinking, and positive social change.
We’re delighted to welcome Shira Shafir, Director of Social Impact at TOM’s Shoes as our keynote speaker, as well as College students from across the nation as part of the 2015 AshokaU Exchange, hosted this year by the University of Maryland.
Volunteers are currently being accepted for both the Social Enterprise Symposium and the AshokaU Exchange. If you’re interested in volunteering please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and availability.
