Smith’s Part-time MBA Climbs into U.S. News Top 20

The part-time MBA program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business climbed into the top 20 in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings, released March 16, 2016. The program is No. 19 overall and No. 11 among public schools in the publication’s 2017 Best Graduate Programs guide, compared to No. 26 and No. 16, respectively, from the previous year.

Smith’s full-time MBA is ranked No. 41 among the 470 accredited programs surveyed, and No. 20 among public schools. Smith is also No. 7 overall and No. 4 among public schools for Information Systems in the rankings’ “Specialties” section.

U.S. News and World Report bases the rankings on statistical data from each school, along with expert opinions from academic leaders and business professionals, including corporate recruiters. View more Smith program rankings here.
