Tesluk is the Ralph J. Tyser Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in the Department of Management and Organization at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is currently chair of the Department of Management and Organization at Smith and co-director of the newly formed Center for Leadership, Innovation and Change.
Smith Business Close-Up is co-produced by the Robert H. Smith School of Business and Maryland Public Television.
