C-BERC Kickoff Event

Join us for the kickoff event of the Center for the Study of Business Ethics, Regulation, & Crime (C-BERC), a new center jointly sponsored by University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences.

The keynote speaker is Professor John C. Coffee, Jr., Adolf A. Berle Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, who will discuss: “Missing in Action?: What Explains SEC Passivity.”
