The executive MBA program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business is ranked 24th in the world by the Economist in its 2015 executive MBA ranking report, released May 14. Among U.S.-only schools, the Smith School is No. 15, and No. 17 among U.S. schools with joint programs or international campuses.

Everything that is global at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business was on colorful display outside of Van Munching Hall on May 7, 2015, for the first Smith Global Showcase organized by the Office of Global Initiatives (OGI). Hundreds of students, staff and faculty gathered around the table displays to share stories from their undergraduate study abroad experiences this past year, while dozens more detailed the global learning they enjoyed here in College Park.

High School student teams from Montgomery, Howard and Prince George’s counties, plus students representing the University of Maryland and Prince George’s Community College, have been selected as finalists for the Maryland Innovate 4 Health Challenge. The teams will present their solutions and prototypes on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, as part of the Maryland Health IT Conference: Accelerating Technology Innovation.
