A native Washingtonian, Howard Bomstein was educated in the public school system in Washington, DC and Silver Spring, Maryland. Howard earned a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland in 1970. He earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Penn State University in 1972. Howard also served in the United States Army Reserve from 1970 through 1976. He co-founded the New Homes Guide – a Real Estate publication in 1974. He founded The Bomstein Agency in 1977 which grew to be the fourth largest Advertising Agency in Metropolitan Washington, DC by the mid-1990’s. Howard merged The Bomstein Agency with Williams Whittle Associates of Alexandria, VA in the spring of 2009 where he currently serves as Vice Chairman. His role at WWA is Account Management and New Business Development.

Married with 3 daughters, Howard lives in Washington DC. He is a career-long member of the Ad Club of Washington, DC and has served on the board of Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington as well as Fight for Children, Inc.
