Teaching Experience:

• Taught a class on Organizational transformation for undergraduate students at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

• Assisted in designing Statler Leadership Development Program (SLDP) for the undergraduate students at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University

• Designed a train the trainer module for the undergraduate class at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University as part of SLDP.

• Over eight years of work experience in the Hospitality Industry. A majority of this time was spent in the field of Training and Development
