Adjunct Faculty
Judith Ann Gebhardt was on the
faculty of The University of
Southern California’s Marshall
School of Business before moving to
DC and accepting appointments at
Catholic University of America and
University of Maryland University
College. Judith holds a PhD in
Organizational Psychology from the
California School of Professional
Psychology and four MS degrees in
the areas of Organizational
Psychology (California School of
Professional Psychology); Biometry/
Epidemiology (University of Southern
California); and Psychology and
Health Care Management (California
State University, Los Angeles). A
former full-time faculty at
Pepperdine University’s Gradiazio
School of Business and Management
she has also taught at Trinity
University (Washington, DC),
California State University, Los
Angeles and Germany's Freiberg
University of Mining and Technology.
Judith, a bilingual licensed
family therapist (LMFT) in
California, practiced almost twenty
years in East Los Angeles before her
academic appointments. Since that
time she has worked at an external
consultant with both public and
private sector organizations
including the Department of the
Navy, Chief Information Office and
Heineken Technical Services, The
Netherlands as well as co-owned a
family business with her husband.
She has presented both nationally
and internationally. Her current
research and consulting interests
focus on intangible capital issues
including coaching, behavior due
diligence in the M&A/change
management process and leadership
development.
Judith and her husband Sergio
live in the DC area.
