Research Interests: Consumer protection, product liability, intellectual property rights.

Leete teaches law-related courses in the undergraduate and MBA programs. The author of numerous articles, papers and books, his research has focused primarily in the areas of consumer protection, the impact on business of product liability litigation, the protection of intellectual property rights, and more recently, on topics in the international legal arena. He is author of a major and widely adopted book, Business Law, Text and Cases, and the senior co-author of Business Law and the Legal Environment.
