Gary Cohen held several senior executive positions in his 30-year corporate career. He worked in several disciplines, including international business, supply chain management, product development, marketing and sales. Mr. Cohen served as Executive Vice President of Nuway Distributors, President of Majestic Tool Corporation, President and COO of Bestway Dealer Warehouse, and Executive Vice President for West Chester Holdings, Inc. Mr. Cohen has served on several corporate advisory boards and on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit organization. He is a founder and principal of Forward Action Coaching, LLC, a firm specializing in helping executives, businesses and organizations in the private and public sectors realize their full potential in successfully executing sound business strategies and achieving overall objectives. Mr. Cohen has also served as an Adjunct Executive & Leadership Coach for Right Management.

Mr. Cohen teaches in the areas of Supply Chain Management and International Business, in the Undergraduate, M.S., MBA and Executive Education programs. He serves as an executive coach in the EMBA program, and is faculty advisor to the Supply Chain Management Society and the Global Business Society. Mr. Cohen was a 2009 recipient of the Allen J. Krowe Award for Teaching Excellence and was named as a Top 15% instructor in 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Cohen has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Regis University. He received professional coach training from the International Coach Academy (ICA), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Mr. Cohen is also an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Academy of International Business (AIB), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the American Marketing Association (AMA). Mr. Cohen has also been named in Who's Who of American Executives.
