When making your air and hotel reservations, anticipate arriving by Thursday
evening for our opening reception from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and flying out
mid-afternoon or later on Sunday. Sessions end at noon on Sunday. Please reserve
your hotel room early, as there are a limited number of rooms at our special
conference rate. Our host hotel is offering special room block rates for single
through Quadruple occupancy rooms.

suggested airport. DCA is approximately a 20 minute taxi or accessible via
