Anna Obizhaeva's research
areas include theoretical and
empirical market microstructure.
In particular, she is interested
in the interaction between
security prices and trades,
optimal trading strategies,
dissemination of information,
market liquidity, and
institutional trading. In her
current work, she explores these
topics by researching portfolio
transition industry. Her
teaching interests include
investments and asset pricing
theory. She received her PhD
in Finance from MIT Sloan School
of Management in 2007.
