Sarah Kroncke brings 14 years of professional experience to her position as lecturer. Prior to joining Smith, she was with Wachovia Securities where she was a Vice President in their technology investment banking practice, focusing on public equity, convertible securities, M&A, and private equity transactions. Prior to Wachovia, she worked with companies to raise growth capital as part of the Equity Private Placements group at Deutsche Bank. Prior to receiving her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, she was a management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP and also worked for T. Rowe Price. In addition to her role as a lecturer, Kroncke acts as faculty advisor to the Mayer Fund, Senbet Fund, and Finance Association.
