About Me
I am currently working with Professor
Galit Shmueli on anomaly detection for Biosurveillence, using
multivariate and univariate methods.
Along with Professor Louiqa
Raschid and Professor
Itir Karaesmen, I am working on admission control and pricing scemes for queuing based
environment.
My main research
interest is the interface between operations research and statistical data modeling. I have presented
my work at multiple conferences and have publiched papers in books and journals.
I received my B.A. in Computer Science and my M.Sc in Industrial Engineering
from the Israel Institute of Technology. Publications
from my M.Sc. appear in a peer-reviewed conference proceedings.
I taught a data mining course at the MBA level and gave multiple
guest lectures at the PhD level courses in the area of data
collection and social network analysis.
