    Dr. Martin J.Gannon is a Professor in the  Department of Management & Organization Robert H. Smith School of Business University of Maryland. He is also  the Director of the Center for Global Business and  well known for his work in cross-cultural management and business strategy. In September 2003, Dr Gannon will become a Professor of International Management & Business Strategy at the California State University, San Marcos.
