Dr. Gordon is a frequent contributor to the popular press on timely business and economic issues. His writings have appeared in such places as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Financial Times, Business Week, The Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, Bloomberg Personal Finance, Information Week and The Baltimore Sun. For example, in a series of short pieces near the end of the century, Dr. Gordon (with Dr. Martin Loeb) rebuked the Y2K (i.e., Millennium Bug) doomsayers. Recently, Dr. Gordon has written several pieces concerning "economic aspects of information security."
