Welcome to my personal page.  I am an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  I have a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, an MBA from Clemson University / CIMBA (Italy), and an aeronautical engineering degree from ITA (Brazil).  You can also view my official page at Smith.
