Xiang Wan holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Nanchang University and a master’s degree in economics from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. Before joining the Ph.D. program, he has worked in Letop Inc., an international logistics company. His research interests include product and service variety management in supply chains, inventory management, supply chain coordination, transportation management, and sustainability.
He has published research in Journal of Business Logistics, Transportation Research (E): Logistics and Transportation Review, Business Research, and China Market Modern Business.
He has taught undergraduate courses and has been a teaching assistant for MBA courses at the University of Maryland. He received Top 15% Teaching Award in 2009, 2010 and Krowe Teaching Award in 2010 for his teaching excellence.
