This pre-conference workshop is designed for new or aspiring coaches or coaches who want to increase their coaching success. Participants will work with experienced coaches to learn what it means to be a coach, including how to leverage a variety of assessment data with clients, and using such data to facilitate individual development planning and talent transformation. Through the use of simulation, participants will get practice coaching an executive.
