PhD Retreat

Fall 2004 (December 16 2004)

The DIT Department held our first Ph.D. Retreat on December 16 2004. The event was well attended by almost all faculty and students.

Following an introduction where the goals of the retreat were set by the Chair and student accomplishments were reviewed, there were 4 breakout discussion sessions. Two were faculty and student combined sessions and two were faculty only and student only sessions. This was followed by a summary of the breakout session. Finally, the faculty discussed follow up actions.
