Accreditation

The Directors’ Institute is currently accredited by RiskMetrics/ISS Group. Those directors who attend this event will boost the Corporate Governance Quotium (CGQ) for the boards where they serve as determined by RiskMetrics/ISS Group.

The Directors’ Institute also has been accredited by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). As determined by NACD, this program provides 8.0 credits for the NACD Certificate of Director Education program.

Accreditation for Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) and Continuing Professional Education (CLEs) for attorneys and other professionals is being applied for. Please refer back to this site at a later date for additional information.
