A former associate professor at the Harvard University Graduate School of
Business Administration, Loveman joined the Fortune 500 company as Chief
Operating Officer in 1998 and drew on his extensive background in retail
marketing and service management to develop and implement the gaming industry's
most sophisticated and successful loyalty program, Total Rewards. Today, Total
Rewards boasts more than 40 million customers. He was named CEO in January 2003.
Loveman has earned the distinction of being recognized as the gaming and
lodging industry's best CEO by Institutional Investor magazine for four
consecutive years. Loveman is the past chairman of the American Gaming
Association and a director of Coach, Inc. and FedEx Corporation. He also sits on
the Board of Trustees at Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston and on the Trust Board
at Children's Hospital Boston.
He holds a Ph.D. in economics from M.I.T., where he was an Alfred Sloan
Doctoral Dissertation Fellow, and a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University.

is President of RSM Business Services and former President and CEO of RSM
McGladrey, Inc.
Andrews joins the company after most recently serving as President of SLM
Corporation (“Sallie Mae”) following a 29-year career with Arthur Andersen. At
Sallie Mae he served from 2003-2008 first as executive vice president of
accounting and risk management, and later as chief financial officer, president
and chief executive officer.
Andrews began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1974 and became a partner in
1984. He held increasingly responsible positions in the firm, including key
leadership roles in the metropolitan Washington office, the Mid-Atlantic Market
Circle, the Southeast region, the United States National Practice and,
ultimately, Arthur Andersen Global.
He managed all lines of business at Andersen, including audit, tax and
consulting before being named head of Worldwide Audit and Business Advisory
Practice in 2001. His office, market circle and region were top performers
annually in terms of quality, growth and profitability within Arthur Andersen
and among competitors.
Andrews graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in accounting
in 1974.

“Al” P. Carey is chief executive officer of PepsiCo Americas Beverages, a unit
of PepsiCo. PepsiCo owns the world's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food
and beverage brands, including 19 different product lines, each of which
generates more than $1 billion in annual retail sales. With net revenues of
approximately $60 billion, PepsiCo employs nearly 300,000 people worldwide.
Carey assumed this role in September 2011 and is responsible for overseeing
all aspects of PepsiCo’s beverage business across North, South and Central
America.
Carey joined PepsiCo in 1981, and has served in a variety of positions, some
of which include chief operating officer, PepsiCo Beverages and Foods;
president, PepsiCo Sales; and most recently as president and chief executive
officer, Frito-Lay North America (FLNA). In this role,
Carey was responsible for overseeing all of FLNA, the company’s most profitable
operating division and largest North American business.
Before joining PepsiCo, Carey worked at Procter & Gamble. He received his BS
from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1974 and is a former member of
the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, as well
as a former member of the University of Maryland, College Park Inc.

Alan Wilson has served as Chairman, President, and CEO of McCormick and Co,
since 2008. He joined McCormick in 1993, and has served a variety of roles
within the company, gaining an understanding of the different facets of
McCormick operations from supply chain to leadership of various business units.
During his tenure at McCormick, Mr. Wilson has held several executive
management roles including President of Tube Products, President of McCormick,
Canada, President of US Consumer Foods, President of North America, and
President and COO of McCormick. Prior to joining the McCormick team, Mr. Wilson
worked for nine years at Procter & Gamble, where he held progressively
responsible positions in product supply, procurement and manufacturing.
Mr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science in communications from the University
of Tennessee in 1980. He attended school on an R.O.T.C. scholarship and
following college, served as a U.S. Army Captain, with tours in the United
States, United Kingdom and Germany.

Bob Moritz is the firm's Chairman and Senior Partner, having been elected by
the US partnership to serve a four-year term beginning July 2009. Prior to that,
Bob served as the Assurance Leader of the US firm from 2006 to 2009; from 2004
to 2006 he was the Managing Partner of the New York office and Metro Region.
Bob joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1995. From 1998 to 2001,
he served as the Metro Region Financial Services Leader. From 2001 to 2004, he
led the Financial Services Audit and Business Advisory practice, which includes
the banking, capital markets, insurance, investment management and real estate
sectors.
Bob served a three-year tour in PwC - Tokyo, providing audit and advisory
services to numerous European and US-based financial services organizations
operating in Japan.
He is a graduate of SUNY - Oswego and certified by the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPA's and the New
Jersey State Society of CPA's.
