Dissertation Research Awards
One of CIBER's objectives is to encourage research by doctoral students on "international" topics related to their own
disciplines. This has become increasingly important given the globalization of business and our own growing international presence.
The Smith CIBER will be announcing a dissertation research awards program for Smith doctoral students in
spring 2008. We will
be making up to two $2,500 awards to doctoral students in 2007-08. Information about the awards program will become available at this
site and through the doctoral programs office. All Smith School doctoral students who have defended their dissertation proposal will
be eligible to apply.
