Registration Fee

The registration fee has been highly discounted through the generous support of our sponsors and the U.S. Department of Education through the CIBER grant.

Discounts: A 10% discount applies for two or more individuals from the same organization registering for the conference at the same time (except for students).

Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships is available to individuals/organizations unable to pay the full registration fee. 

The registration fee includes entry to all sessions, conference materials, continental breakfast, business lunch, and refreshments on both days. When you register, you will receive a letter of confirmation and other conference information.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may make a substitution at any time at no extra cost but we would appreciate prior notice. There is no refund for missed sessions/days.

If you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know in writing by June 2, 2008 for a full refund. If you cancel in writing by June 9, you will receive 75% refund of the fees paid. If you cancel after June 9, you are liable for payment of the full fee and will not be entitled to any refund.
