The registration fee includes tuition, course materials, and business lunch on all days. When you register, you will receive a letter of confirmation and other seminar information.

Payment must be received before the first seminar date (February 9).

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend the seminar for any reason, you may make a substitution at any time at no extra cost but we would appreciate prior notice. There is no refund for missed sessions/days.

If you wish to cancel your registration, we require at least one week's prior written notice for a refund of fees paid. If the cancellation notice is NOT received by February 1, you are liable for payment of the full fee and will not be entitled to any refund.
