Registration Fee

The registration fee is heavily subsidized through the generous support of event co-sponsors.

Registration fee includes

The fee includes all seminar activities; seminar documentation; evening reception on Day 1; and breakfast, lunch and breaks on both days.

The fee does not include your travel or hotel expenses. When you register, you will receive a letter of confirmation, complete details of the seminar, contact information, plus a map of the location. Payment must be received before the date of the event. Please note also that invoice requests are only accepted up to two weeks prior to the event date.

Cancellation and substitution policy

If you are unable to attend the seminar for any reason, you may make substitutions at no extra charge but we would appreciate prior notice.

If you wish to cancel your booking we require at least two weeks prior written notice. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the conference, an administration fee of 20% will be payable. If full payment has already been made, the balance (less the administration fee) will be refunded. If your cancellation notice is NOT received at least two weeks prior to the day of the conference, you will be liable for payment of the full fee and will not be entitled to any refund.
