John Pelligrino is the Director of
Customer Satisfaction Measurement for
the MeadWestvaco Corporation. He has
been with MeadWestvaco (Mead) since
1975, and is responsible for the design,
coordination and analysis of all Mead
customer satisfaction surveys, as well
as providing assistance to Mead’s
various divisions in developing
appropriate initiatives resulting from
survey findings. Serving in this
position since March of 1998, Mr.
Pelligrino was previously the Director
of Worldwide Organizational Development
for Mead’s Packaging Division, where he
provided OD support to Mead operations
in North and South America, Europe, Asia
and Australia. In this capacity, he was
responsible for the division’s customer
satisfaction measurement efforts, sales
and marketing training, customer
strategic alliances, organizational
design and effectiveness and performance
management.
Mr. Pelligrino has a B.A. in history
from Carthage College, a Master of
Theological Studies and Counseling
degree from Wittenberg University, and a
Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from
Georgia State University. He is a past
president of the Mental Health
Association of Georgia as well as a
former vice-president of the National
Mental Health Association.
