Don Arnold is General Manager for the Federal Government Sector at NGRAIN Corporation. Mr. Arnold has been in the Federal IT community for 25 years, both inside and out of government. He has recently been an advocate for Seat Management and for Year 2000 programs. He has held senior positions at Wang Government Services, GTE, and Cincom Systems. Arnold is active in the Industry Advisory Council, serving as Program Chair and Conference Chair for the Executive Leadership Conference in 1993 and 1994. He is currently Vice-Chairman for the IAC and a member of the Shared Interest Groups on E-Gov and Information Assurance.

Arnold has received numerous awards for his support of government IT issues and programs, including the Federal Computer Week "Fed 100" in 1996 and 1998. He is a frequent speaker of information technology and procurement issues.
