Overview

Blackboard Course Management system is designed to extend learning beyond the traditional school day and beyond school facilities. By accessing the secure online spaces, instructors can distribute course materials, communicate with students, manage grades, while students can access lecture notes, submit assignments from anywhere, and much more. Blackboard at Smith School of Business runs on University of Maryland ELMS system.  Only the branding is different.

Please always check the Smith IT News channel when you login to Blackboard. We post IT news and other common issues or BB related topics that you want to be informed of.
