David Sites is a Senior Managing Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Tyson's Corner, Virginia office.    David has over 20 years of IT audit experience with over 10 years of IT internal audit experience as a regional IT audit director for Citigroup and 10 years of external IT audit experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  David has extensive experience in auditing IT controls for large and very complex organizations including the Federal Reserve System, some of the largest banking institutions in the United States, and numerous major Federal agencies.  David's background in IT auditing includes mainframe , UNIX,  and WINDOWS platforms, ERP systems, system development projects, application systems and controls over processes surrounding systems.  David was selected by the U.S. GAO to create and teach the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual course.  David is a CPA, CITP and a CISA and holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore with a concentration in management information systems.
