of corporate governance. His
research has been published in
leading academic journals such as
The Accounting Review,
Contemporary Accounting Research,
The Review of Financial Studies,

Economics. He currently serves
on the editorial board of
Contemporary Accounting Research.
Prior to joining the Smith School in
2007 as a tenured Associate
Professor, he was an Assistant
Professor at the Ross School of
Business, University of Michigan.
