The Office of Finance and Administration includes the departments of Finance and Accounting, Smith Operations, Office of Smith IT and Scheduling.
With a budget of $70 million, Finance and Accounting manages all of the budgeting and cash flow forecasting along with expense reimbursements.
Smith Operations is the first point of contact for many external visitors to the Smith School, providing operations support to all faculty and staff, and handling all of our facility maintenance, telecommunications, moves, renovations, and construction for Van Munching Hall as well as our three satellite campuses.
The Office of Smith IT Help Desk is your gateway to computing and other information technology services offered by the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Finally, the Scheduling department is responsible for managing room reservations for approximately 900 events and courses at Van Munching Hall in any given year.
