Why can't I run any of the Citrix applications?
First, you want to make sure is that you have the Citrix client installed.
If you do not have it installed, you can download the installer from the
Downloads folder of the Smith Citrix Portlet.
Second, make sure you are using IE or Firefox.

supported.
Where can I download the Citrix client?
It can be found in the Downloads folder of the Smith Citrix Portlet.
How do I save files to (or load files from) my local computer?
While
using the application, save the file like you normally would (ex: File >
Save). A file browser will popup and ask the location of where you want to save
the file. Choose (C:) C$ on 'Client' which is the local drive
on the computer you are using.
If get an "Access is Denied" message when trying to
select the C: drive, you have to change the File Security preference in your
Citrix client. To do that, right-click on the Citrix icon
located on the
bottom right corner of your screen > Open Connection Center > File Security.
Make sure you change the access to Full Access to allow the
application to read AND write to your local computer.
