Faculty Profile
Professor Triantis’s research
focuses on the design of optimal
corporate investment, financing,
and risk management strategies,
and particularly on the
development and application of
real options analysis to value
investment opportunities and
companies. His articles have
been published in the Journal
of Accounting and Economics,
Journal of Finance, Journal
of International Economics,
Journal of Law and
Economics, Management Science,
Review of Financial Studies,
and other leading journals.
He serves on several journal
editorial boards, and recently
completed two terms as
editor of Financial
Management. Triantis received
the Smith School's Krowe Award
for Teaching Excellence in 2000
and 2003.
